Our integrated, customised CAD/CAM system, coupled with multi axis manufacturing equipment, consisting of CNC machining centres, CNC lathes, CNC EDM spark erosion machines (Wire and Sink) enables us to maintain consistency in a quality product. We manufacture hollow and flat dies dimension from 60mm to 600mm from H13 or Dievar steel. As well as dies we can supply associated press tooling such as Die ring, Bolster, Press Stem, Dummy block, Blade. Special heat treatment in vacuum furnaces provide additional durability to our pressing tool.
CoEx ‘Coated Extrusion Dies’
ATS Coated Extrusion Dies provide superior durability because the bearing channel is protected from wear. With our own coating technology developed by our engineers, we have achieved high level form and dimensional stability for the profiles. The dies are nearly maintenance free due to the fact that nitriding, die correction and repolishing is not required. In addition, it is possible to work at higher extrusion press speeds because of minimal friction and reduced exit temperatures.
